Job Description

Responsibilities  

• Assist in IT procurement process (Requirement gathering, research, documentations, approval, etc) 

• Assist in IT project managers in project delivery or vendor management 

• Coordinating with various teams among CapitaLand as well as with vendors and business users 

• Assist in Technology evaluation and assessments 

• Assist in requirement gathering sessions, including user journey mapping and facilitating workshops 

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned   

Requirements 

• Preferred studies in Information Technology, Information Systems or any other related disciplines 

• Basic MS Office, UI/UX, creative design skills 

• Meticulous and able to work within timelines 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment  

• Good project management and communication skills
