About the role

The Senior IT Systems Administrator is critical to the success of the service level of IT at Two Chairs. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our information technology infrastructure, the day-to-day support of our clinicians and our HQ end-users, developing and implementing IT strategies, ensuring network security, and managing essential software applications. You will serve as the go-to expert, providing technical support to Two Chairs employees and collaborating with cross-functional teams and clinical, to ensure that IT initiatives are aligned with our business goals.

Core Areas of Responsibility:

Execution Excellence

Design and implement Identity Management architecture solutions that meet business needs and integrate with existing system architectures.
Manage SAML and OAuth integrations for single sign-on (SSO) capabilities across the organization
Perform routine audits of systems and software, applying patches and updates as required.
Maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, VPN, cisco devices and security protocols.
Manage Two Chairs’ domains and sub-domains in Cloudflare
Manage, review and implement new DNS records in cloudflare
Track third party who are sending emails to Two Chairs via DMARC management
Act as point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and troubleshooting for Clinicians and HQ
Oversee IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation, permissions setup, and equipment provisioning/retrieval.
Manage company laptops, mobile devices, and other equipment, including tracking, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Administer user access to various tools and systems such as Google Workspace, Rippling, Zoom, Slack, and other platforms. Ensure proper permissions are granted and updated as needed.
Work with compliance, security and legal to develop and monitor IT and information security policies and platforms to ensure compliance and data security.
Coordinate with external vendors for services like IT security, managed IT services, or other support as needed.
Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across the organization.
Tool & System Optimization: Continuously assess and improve the efficiency of our IT tools and systems, making recommendations for enhancements when necessary.
