Job Description

Lakeshore’s team is growing, and we are currently searching for a dynamic onsite administration assistant to align objectives with our employees and management on our distribution center campus. Reporting to our Director of HR, you will create partnerships to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects our business objectives. A day in the office looks like this: 

  • Working with management and employees to improve work relationships and build morale 
  • Providing administrative and operational support to the department  
  • Organization, implementation, and communication of all employee activities   
  • Completing administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and building presentations 
  • Visitor concierge to provide any needs while they are onsite

  • Bachelor's degree preferred   
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software   
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills   
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy   
  • Strong sense of urgency and a “can-do” attitude   
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
