Who You AreYou are a motivated Salesforce QA professional with deep expertise in both functional and automated testing. You excel at testing Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements, perform reliably under load, and integrate seamlessly across systems.
You have a proven track record of delivering large, complex Salesforce projects, and thrive on solving problems while improving processes. You’ll bring technical expertise and leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring Salesforce solutions are high-quality, scalable, and reliable.

What You'll Do

• Lead functional and automated testing efforts for Salesforce solutions, ensuring business requirements are met and integrated systems operate flawlessly.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated regression and performance test scripts in Salesforce environments.
• Define end-to-end testing processes and methods, including cross-system integrations.
• Review user stories and translate them into functional and automated test plans and test cases.
• Execute manual and automated test scripts, log defects, and collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and integration teams.
• Participate in business and technical requirements discussions and Agile ceremonies.
• Identify opportunities to apply Salesforce QA best practices to improve system productivity, scalability, and monitoring.
• Conduct smoke testing for weekly or monthly releases to ensure high-quality deployments.

What You'll Need

• 8+ years of experience testing technology solutions, including functional and automated testing.
• 5+ years building and maintaining automated test scripts.
• 4+ years Salesforce platform QA experience, including Sales Cloud.
• Experience with Communities and Service Cloud highly desired.
• Preferred: experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) or similar Salesforce automation/robotic testing systems.
• Salesforce certification(s) strongly preferred.
• Expertise with integration middleware, APIs, CI/CD tools (TeamCity, Jenkins, Git), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and databases (SQL, MongoDB).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ownership and accountability with a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact across multiple levels of the organization.
