Job Description

We’re seeking an organized, driven and proactive HR Manager with a can do-attitude, a team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will help to further develop our great people culture. You’ll possess strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships and trust quickly at all levels. You’ll be able to manage a varied workload to tight timescales, whilst maintaining high quality and accuracy.

This would be an ideal opportunity for somebody seeking the next opportunity towards a career within HR. Additionally a strong administrator with a passion for HR would also be considered. This role will be reporting into the HR Director.

You'll be responsible for (among others):

• Providing advice and guidance to employees and managers, in Czech Republic and on an European base as well
• Support on employee relations matters
• Carrying out all HR administration to the payroll team
• General HR administration including preparing and issuing contracts, letters, requesting and providing references, data entry, etc.
• Creating job adverts and posting jobs on websites (internal/external)
• Arranging interviews for candidates
• HR and Recruitment database management and producing routine and adhoc reports
• Maintaining HR systems and routine and ad-hoc reporting
• Organize team social and charity events

Qualifications

We need you to have

• Know How about the work situations in Czech Republic and CZ labour law
• Professional, proactive and a can-do attitude and able to work under own initiative
• approx. 1 year minimum experience in a fast-paced HR environment
• Effective communicator, able to build trust and influence at all levels
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
• Have a flexible approach and be a team player
• Discreet and able to handle confidential information appropriately
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
• Language skills
  • Czech mother tongue
  • Fluent in English
  • Any additional EU language would be helpful
