In this rewarding position, you will effectively manage and engage the Retail Sales Team, including Tellers, Personal Bankers, Deposit Account Specialists and Universal Bankers. You will make an impact by guiding, developing and strengthening your team as they reach expertise in transactional processing and customer service, aligning with the strong values and professional goals of Pioneer Bank. QualificationsQualifications for this Opportunity:

Banking industry expertise with background in transactional services/retail sales.
Previous experience with managing people preferred, but willing to train the right individual.
