Your Impact
As a Clinical Psychologist, you will join a multidisciplinary team committed to excellence and equity. Your role goes beyond standard therapy; you are an advocate, a diagnostician, and a partner to families navigating complex developmental landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Care: Deliver high-quality mental health services to children and adolescents with ASD and co-occurring emotional/behavioral challenges.
Evidence-Based Practice: Utilize gold-standard modalities (e.g., ABA, CBT, Parent-Mediated interventions) to improve functional outcomes.
Collaborative Consultation: Partner with a world-class team of developmental pediatricians, BCBAs, and social workers to provide holistic care.
Family Empowerment: Provide parent training and support that honors the unique cultural and socioeconomic context of each family we serve.

Required Education and Experience
PhD, PsyD, or Ed.D. in psychology, with specialization in child clinical psychology from an APA-accredited training program.
Completion of an APA-approved internship.
Formal post-doctoral training in an appropriate area of specialization.
May work evening & weekends as required.
Required Credentials
Licensed as a Psychologist in the State of Washington.
Prior to start of employment, must obtain, and maintain in good standing, medical or allied health professional staff privileges that are not limited, revoked, suspended, conditioned, or probationary, except for normal probationary periods due to initial appointment.
Any and all medical or allied health professional staff privileges at Children's will terminate automatically upon the termination of the individual's employment at Children's.
Termination of employment does not prohibit the individual from seeking medical or allied health professional staff privileges at Children’s as a non-employee in any category for which the individual qualifies.
Preferred
Post-doctoral level experience in pediatric psychology.
Experience in a pediatric medical setting.
Compensation Range
$139,050 - $205,662 per year
Salary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
