Head Middle School Girls Soccer Coach

Location: Middle School  

Scheduled Hours/days: 2.0 hours/day.  

Qualifications:
To demonstrate and generate among your staff and players an attitude of good sportsmanship and fair play by adhering to the Coach's Code of Ethics. To know and administer the policies, procedures, and guidelines set forth in the Coaches' Handbook, Conference, and MSHSL policies for your sport. To carry out responsibilities as designated by the head coach. To provide for the health, safety, and well-being of team members. To actively work to create a culture free from hazing and initiations. To adhere to the starting and ending dates for your sport. To be aware of all MSHSL rules that would pertain to you and your sport.

Stipend: $3,461 plus Years of Experience Pay if applicable  

Compensation/Benefits/Perks: Position does not qualify for benefits.

Responsibilities: 
To lead instruction, training, and conditioning of all athletes/teams assigned to him/her by the school. Northfield Schools, the Principal and Activities Director place an expectation not only on the skills, abilities and commitments of its coaches, but also on their integrity and collective common sense in performing their duties.
