We are looking for a Supplier Performance Reporting Manager to join our Supplier Performance Management Team. This is an opportunity to join a great international team on a mission to achieve optimal outcome through collaboration with our suppliers.

Your future responsibilities
Welcome to the Supplier Performance Management team! We optimize supplier performance and enhance risk management, unlocking sustained business value for our organization. We also implement various reporting solutions and needed governance around Nordea’s ICT suppliers.
You will join an international team where people are the most important, and work is not only a place to go! We take pride in what we do, prioritize a learning culture and strive to have fun in our daily work. The role is based in Poland (Gdynia/Gdansk) or Sweden (Stockholm). In our team we follow hybrid model of working.
What you’ll be doing:
- Onboarding suppliers to the reporting tools and dashboard, and ensuring that all necessary information is updated in our repositories
- Maintaining and identifying areas of improvement in the reporting tools and dashboard, and driving the prioritised improvement activities
- Collaborating with external suppliers and Nordea’s teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Analyzing supplier performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Creating comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate performance insights to stakeholders and senior management
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Nordea’s suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends in performance management, and recommending appropriate process enhancements and tools to drive continuous improvement

Your experience and background:
- Possess experience and knowledge of contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in a ICT environment
- Have a background in functions such as Supplier Management, Vendor Management, and Supplier Performance Management
- Have a proven ability to collect, analyze and interpret data
- Are experienced in managing stakeholders on all levels internally and externally
