Our team is looking for a highly skilled leader to drive the strategy and implementation of Smart Factory technologies at manufacturing facilities in our Space Coast / Meritt Island location. Our mission is to innovate and build scalable and robust hardware and software solutions for the aerospace manufacturing environment. Lead a team in the design, implementation, and deployment of pioneering systems and technologies to continuously improve the safety, quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing direction, mentorship, and support to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and IT, to enable seamless integration of IIoT solutions at industrial sites.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements, resolve issues, and ensure the successful delivery of IIoT solutions that meet their needs.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and proactively develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
- Prepare and present project updates, progress reports, and recommendations to internal customers and clients.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation, process optimization, and professional growth within the team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale Industrial Automation and/or Industrial IoT projects, including hardware and software development, integration, and deployment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IIoT domain.
- Experience using Agile methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge and understanding of Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, and/or IIoT technologies, industry standards, and best practices.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
- Excellent leadership and people management capabilities, with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse customers.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving project objectives and driving continuous improvement.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience managing IIoT projects across multiple industrial sites.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, data analytics, and cybersecurity in the context of IIoT solutions.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or related field.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization methodologies.
