Overview:  

Provides high level, more complex secretarial/administrative support to senior management employees or groups in the Bank

Primary Responsibilities:     

• Prepare and arrange all Loan Committees for the Commercial Bank to include agendas, meeting packages and meeting minutes.
• Oversee the scheduling of all Committee Agendas for the Commercial Bank with attendance required at all meetings.  All standing meetings are scheduled between the hours of 8:30 am – 5 pm with the exception of a Senior Loan Committee held at 8 am every Friday.
• Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or Regulatory standards and policies.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required:       

Associate's degree or equivalent in experience      

4 years progressive secretarial/administrative support experience with demonstrated development of skills on-the-job

Microsoft Proficient

Ideal Qualifications:

• Experience supporting senior level leadership in a large corporate environment
• Knowledge of video conferencing software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt and handle competing priorities
• Ability to communicate clearly, concise, and with tact with all levels of management
• Ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues with applications and systems
