Do you love creating positive first impressions and helping families feel welcome? Leap Kids Dental is looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Dental Clinic Receptionist to join our fun, fast-paced team!

As the first smile our patients see, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every visit is smooth, professional, and full of care. You’ll work side-by-side with our dentists, dental assistants, and clinic leaders to make each day a success.

Please note: This role requires travel to our satellite location in Paragould on the first Friday of each month.

What You’ll Do

• Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism

• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments

• Verify insurance and assist with claims and billing questions

• Maintain accurate patient records and account information

• Keep the front office running smoothly and stocked with supplies

• Be a positive team player who supports both patients and staff

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask

• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, data entry)

• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

• Previous dental or medical office experience a plus!
