Performance Specialist Spanish Content Writer

We are looking for a Performance Specialist Spanish Content Writer to join our growing team.

Our commercial team focuses on performance marketing, sponsorships (including football clubs and influencers), brand ambassadors, and collaborating with the casino operations team on provider contracts and monthly contributions. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated team member to drive performance marketing in Spain and support various marketing projects.

What will you be doing?

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels (PPC, display, paid social) to maximize ROI in the Spanish market.
• Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, design, casino operations, etc.) to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy.
• Support sponsorship initiatives, including partnerships with football clubs, influencers, and brand ambassadors in the Spanish market.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and local regulations to ensure compliance and innovate marketing strategies.

Who are you?

• Fluency in Spanish (native or near-native level) and strong English communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing role.
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or a closely related role.
• Experience or very strong affinity with (Spanish) content marketing.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads.
• Analytical mindset; comfortable with data-driven decision making.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience in the iGaming or online casino industry is an advantage.
