We believe in empowering our team to actually <em>solve</em> problems, not just pass cases around.</p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Multichannel Support:</strong> Assisting players via phone, chat, and email regarding account queries, payments, and general support.</li><li><strong>End-to-End Resolution:</strong> Solving cases fully—you own the player's journey from start to finish.</li><li><strong>Operational Integrity:</strong> Approving withdrawals, handling KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation, and running daily security checks.</li><li><strong>Strategic Feedback:</strong> Spotting trends and sharing insights with internal teams to improve our processes and products.</li><li><strong>KPI Driven:</strong> Contributing to a high-performing team atmosphere and meeting service level targets.</li></ul>
