<h3>Requirements</h3>
<p dir="ltr"><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p>
<ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Optimisation of conversion rates of our user journey end-to-end from new user acquisition to activation, meaning from our landing page to survey submitted to becoming an Oviva patient; including both UX and technical improvements (e.g., speed, loading times)</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Product ownership of online registration form (Oviva’s online survey) </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"> Strong liaison with stakeholders for landing page conversion and email conversion rates</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Design, prioritisation and implementation of A/B experiments based on data insights where we lose most people in the funnel and competitive research</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Identification and (steering of) implementation of marketing tracking best practices, including mixed media attribution and modelling of online and offline channels </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Leadership of cross-functional growth squad with engineers as well as performance, SEO, and email marketeers</p></li></ul>

<p dir="ltr"><strong>What are we looking for you to bring</strong><br/></p>
<ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, business informatics or related field</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">More than 5 years of relevant work experience in Growth and/or Product Management with a strong emphasis on conversion rate optimization</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Pro-active, solution-oriented self-starter who knows how to get buy-in and drive projects in a cross-functional setup with many stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and more)</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Analytical mindset: Extensive experience in defining and implementing KPIs and tracking frameworks, running analyses in common self-service analytics tools (i.e. GA, Mixpanel), and A/B testing and implementing best-in-class benchmarks</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Customer-centric mindset: Experience in using quantitative and qualitative data to build up a deep understanding of our target persona and translate these into a long-term experimentation roadmap and hypotheses to test</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Hands-on knowledge of common tracking errors, i.e., how to detect and fix them with tools (e.g., pixel helper, debug tools, GA 4, GTM, GSC), and good understanding of marketing data analytics to ask for right data infrastructure and analyses from team</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">German native speaker and fluent in English</p></li></ul>
