Greenbrier Emergency Animal Hospital has proudly served the Charlottesville community for over 15 years, offering after-hours emergency care for pets in need. Our skilled veterinary team provides high-quality, compassionate care when families need it most. As the first point of contact for our clients, the CSR plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support. 

What You'll Do

• Greet clients with warmth and empathy in stressful situations
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-ins/outs
• Collect payments and explain financial transactions clearly and professionally
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure hospital cleanliness
• Collaborate closely with veterinary staff to support patient care
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and compassionate in emotional or high-pressure situations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
