HybridCollins Aerospace Mission Systems STS is seeking a highly skilled Integrated Program Scheduler to join our team. This position plays a critical role in developing, integrating, analyzing, documenting, and presenting comprehensive process plans and schedules for the duration of contracts. The scheduler will work independently to create initial Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) from Proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL).

What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain integrated master plans and schedules (IMP/IMS) to meet program objectives, ensuring alignment with deliverables, key decisions, and roles/responsibilities.
- Independently create strawman schedules and verify Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) compliance with MIL-STD-881 standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing consultation and leading the training of junior schedulers and program specialists.
- Ensure compliance with scheduling standards, such as DI-MGMT-81861B/C, DCMA Schedule Assessment Guide, and perform Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA).
- Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) practices, including critical path analysis, corrective actions, and performance tracking.
- Utilize tools like Microsoft Project to create integrated schedules, track progress, and resolve critical path conflicts.
- Collaborate with cost analysts to reconcile cost and schedule data while generating metrics and management reports to support decision-making.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
- Experience with Earned Value Management
- Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the development and integration of program schedules, including logic networks.
- Expertise in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of DI-MGMT-81861B/C, DCMA Schedule Assessment Guide, and SRA processes.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
