The Job…

• Defining the visual design strategy for the next evolution of our web and native experiences.
• Collaborating with product and brand designers to refine and advance our visual design.
• Championing the creation of delightful and visually stunning user interfaces throughout our entire team and organization.
• Creating and delivering high-fidelity designs and prototypes that captivate and inspire hope.
• Contributing to the evolution of our Heart design system.
• Actively participating in group design critiques, fostering an environment of thoughtful feedback.
• Pioneering compelling visual and motion storytelling methods to share groundbreaking concepts with the entire organization.

You…

• An accomplished Visual Designer with 8+ years of experience, either in-house or at an agency.
• Possessing an awe-inspiring portfolio that showcases your exceptional talent.
• Obsessed with achieving impeccable visual polish down to the finest details.
• An expert in the formal elements of design, including typography, layout, balance, and proportion.
• Endowed with excellent aesthetic judgment and unwavering attention to detail.
• A natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and requires minimal guidance.
• An exceptional communicator who can effectively articulate your design decisions, ideas, and vision.
