Job Highlights:

• Contract: Independent Contractor
• 37.25 hours per week
• Permanent work from home
• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 09:00am to 5:30pm London, UK time, 7.5 hours per day with 1 hour unpaid break
• Tuesday 08:45am to 5:30pm London, UK time, 7.75 hours per day with 1 hour unpaid break
• Friday, 09:00am to 5:00pm London, UK time, 7 hours with 1 hour unpaid break

Job Description:

As a Property Administrator, you’ll be integral to our client’s mission of streamlining property admin processes and enhancing tenant experiences. This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic UK property market while contributing to the company’s digital evolution. You’ll handle a diverse range of administrative tasks, from managing tenant inquiries to preparing property listings, processing tenancies and tenant references, all while utilizing state-of-the-art property  software. Your attention to detail and organizational prowess will be crucial in maintaining the high standards that set our client apart in the competitive lettings landscape.



Responsibilities:

• Craft compelling property advertisements to attract quality tenants
• Manage tenant communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses
• Support the leasing process by preparing rental agreements and conducting thorough background checks
• Perform comprehensive due diligence on prospective tenants, including referencing and credit assessments
• Maintain meticulous property records and documentation
• Assist with financial tasks such as rent collection and invoice processing
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless property management operations
• Generate and process various administrative documents related to property lettings
• Contribute to the company’s ongoing digital transformation initiatives
• Adapt to and master new software systems, including an upcoming transition to Salesforce CRM

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Proficiency in property management software and general office applications
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Basic understanding of UK property rental processes (preferred)
• Previous experience in administrative roles, ideally within the property sector
• Adaptability to work in a remote environment using secure IT systems
• Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality with sensitive information
• Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to digital transformation projects
• Flexibility to align with UK business hours
