The Sales Development Trainee supports our sales teams to maintain and boost our current customer base. The Trainees will work closely with the Inside Sales team to establish a baseline in product knowledge while supporting sales function by developing leads, market surveys, customer consultation, and sample product offerings.

The Trainee will have the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sales, while advancing through the program with hands-on experience. The trainee will build skills and gain experience by working closely with multiple functions of the sales organization while exploring a career path in sales. The Sales Development Trainee will be exposed to extensive training, mentorship, and real-world application to help launch careers. 

 

The impact you'll have:  

  • Execute sales strategies by proactively contacting existing and new customers via phone, email or video messaging. 

  • Drive various sales projects including but not limited to: Event Invitations, Market Discovery, and strategic email/calling campaigns. 

  • Develop and refine foundational sales skills by participating in ongoing sales training and practice sessions. 

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through effective communication.  

  • Acquire high-level knowledge of CA product offerings

Minimum qualifications:  

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university. 

  • Able to work at least 12 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours. 

 

Preferred qualifications:  

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Outlook. 

  • Strong listening and communication skills- both oral and written.
