Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver consistently high-quality culinary experiences in line with the hotel’s concepts and standards
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety (IK-mat), hygiene, and occupational health regulations
• Take ownership of efficient kitchen operations, supporting both guest satisfaction and departmental profitability
• Actively contribute to sustainability initiatives, waste reduction, and recycling practices
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to create seamless guest experiences
• Foster a positive, respectful, and supportive working environment within the kitchen team

Qualifications and Education:

• Formal chef certification (fagbrev) is not mandatory but will be considered an advantage
• Solid experience from a similar culinary role
• Fluency in a Scandinavian language is a strong asset; however, excellent English combined with exceptional culinary skills is most important to us

As a Chef, you will report to the Head Chef and work according to a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends.
