Strategic Buyer Professional Services (m/f/d)

Your Tasks
- Plan and execute company-wide procurement projects, from requirement specification to tendering and negotiation to purchasing
- Develop category strategies and derive corresponding sourcing strategies in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop category specific KPIs as well as steer defined target values
- Act as a central point of contact and expert (m/f/d) for consultation with stakeholders regarding contractual-, performance-, or supplier-related claims
- Ensure supplier performance through measurement, monitor KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews for key suppliers
- Identify best practices and derive value creation potentials
Your Profile
- University degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in buying services and consulting services
- Negotiation skills, ideally with a focus on service contracts
- Experience with the most common legal regulations regarding contract law and legal topics
- Reliability, ability to work in a team, and a confident appearance towards business partners and stakeholder
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of working in change-oriented environments
- Negotiation proficiency in German and English
About Us
The department "Professional Services", as part of the Group Indirect Procurement area, procures all service and consulting services within the MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group, including its affiliated subsidiaries. The service and consulting services include the topics strategy, project, legal, tax, and IT consulting, as well as recruitment and personnel leasing. Additionally, the purchasing of coaching and training is included.
We are looking for a Strategic Buyer (m/f/d) to drive initiatives in Indirect Procurement, who feels comfortable in a dynamic environment and has a passion for making procurement processes and strategy development within our department even more efficient.
