Senior Program Manager

We enable strategic business initiatives during a transformational time. We work on organizational development and change management. HR Team is responsible for ID&amp;E, talent strategies, annual cycle programs, workforce planning and more.</p> <p><strong>Partner with the best</strong></p> <p>This is a hands on role which will be driving both the operational and more strategic aspects of HR initiatives. You will partner closely with HRBP teams in the different international geographical theatres .</p> <p>As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Cooperating with stakeholders and sharing of information and best practices across teams to ensure alignment</li> <li>Coordinating changes in legislation and support of policy development to ensure consistency</li> <li>Monitoring internal and external trends, management of regional trackers and associated data, reporting and analytics</li> <li>Reviewing existing regional approaches to several operational areas, and identify opportunities to streamline and improve</li> <li>Coordinating cross jurisdictional programs and initiatives with an aim to drive quality and consistency of process, change management and education</li> <li>Coordinating and preparing teams for business reviews, COE reviews and functional readouts.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Do what you love</strong></p> <p>To be successful in this role you will:</p> <ul> <li>Have exceptional oral and written communications skills</li> <li>Have an ability to collaborate and operate effectively in a highly complex matrix environment</li> <li>Have proven collaboration and stakeholder management skills, and organizational skills</li> <li>Have to be comfortable with ambiguity, a self-starter with a drive for results</li> <li>Have an excellent eye for detail and excel skills with proven experience in program management</li> <li>Be fluent in English</li> <li>Understand the global employment law and regulations and their impact on business operations</li> <li>Have good knowledge of business process, internal controls, and audit process</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work in a way that works for you</strong></p> <p>FlexBase, Akamai's Global Flexible Working Program, is based on the principles that are helping us create the best workplace in the world.
