Under the management of the Digital and IM/PR Director the IM-PR & Event Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the brand's communication and public relations strategy, leveraging influencers, media, and global events with specific guidelines to be declined by key European markets + China.

This role will contribute to increasing Lancaster Monaco’s visibility through a strong advocacy program, enhancing its brand image, and creating new opportunities for brand recognition through strategic partnerships.

 

YOUR MAIN FOCUS:

 

1. Influencer Partnerships Management:

• Identify, recruit, and manage a portfolio of influencers (macro and micro) that align with the Lancaster Monaco brand image, to build a strong and performing advocacy communication pyramid.
• Drive the design of creative seasonal guidelines with influencers to maximize the brand’s impact on social media all year long.
• Analyze the performance of influencer campaigns and make recommendations to optimize results.
• Maintain long-term, trusting relationships with influencers, ensuring content consistency with the brand’s vision and values.
• Work in close relationship with the Digital team who builds the monthly editorial calendar across all social media channels in Europe (Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, Tik Tok, etc.) and with Global Media team to ensure Influence is at the heart of a performing Paid/Owned/Earned ecosystem, led by the Digital and IM/PR Director

 

 

1.  Media Relations Management :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and other key stakeholders in the beauty industry.
• Create and implement communication strategies to ensure optimal media coverage for the brand.
• Write press releases, articles, and content for media outlets, while managing media inquiries.
• Track press coverage and evaluate its impact on the brand’s reputation.
