Schedule: Full-Time - Day Shift (8 hour shifts between 8:00am to 7:00pm), No weekends or holidays

What You Will Do:  

• Facilitate flow in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
• Schedule appointments, interviewing patient for appropriate medical information
• Explain policies, validating and entering changes into the system
• Maintain a variety of related records, code charges, etc. and perform related clerical & administrative duties
• Ensure timely receipt of written orders and verifies that orders meet compliance guidelines
• Answer incoming calls and direct patients accordingly

Medical/healthcare experience is preferred. 

What You Will Need:  

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Prefer relevant experience in a health care setting.   
• Ability to learn and retain medical coding; ICD-10; CPT coding preferred.
• Requires ability to interpret insurance information; knowledge of clinical practices and medical terminology preferred.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
