About the role:

Provide sales reporting and analysis of market trends, conditions, budget, and sales team performance, manages contract administration and sales CRM systems. Assists with projects including forecasting, budget and quota development.

 

What you will do:

• Key responsibilities which take no less than 10% of overall job time
• Regular, predictable, reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
• Develops annual forecast and sales quota with supporting documentation.
• Calculates sales performance bonus calculations with supporting documentation.
• Manages contract management process.
• Serve as a mentor by providing coaching, career development, and inter-departmental relationship management for the team.
• Manage sales reporting systems to drive accurate results, (Quota system, Jeopardy Report, Salesforce.com Reports).
• Provide analysis on market conditions, sales team effectiveness, performance against goals and budget management.
• Identify new ways to measure success.
• Act as liaison with other departments and divisions.
• Identify and recommend changes to ineffective/inefficient processes.
• Identify low-value work, eliminate it and redefine the roles of the managers as necessary to achieve the objectives.
• Routine travel (5%)
• May perform other duties as assigned.

 

What it takes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or combination of relevant education and work experience.
• Five (5) to seven (7) years analytical support experience.
• Five (5) years management experience.
