Job Description
We are seeking an organized and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team in Handover, Maryland, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to company standards and customer specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Use inventory management systems to track stock levels and product locations
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes and improve efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems and basic computer skills
- Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Forklift certification preferred
- Knowledge of packing and shipping procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
