Business Process Analysis

What does a successful Business Process Analyst do?

Business Process Analyst at Fiserv are responsible for structuring the company’s corporate objectives, business processes, and operating model to deliver end-to-end solutions for product development. They articulate the relationship between concepts, risks, and value within a business context to drive solutions that align with company goals. They bridge the gap between business functions and process management to create impactful connections across the enterprise.

What you will do:

  • Design business capability models and provide architectural solutions.
  • Document the “AS IS” and “TO BE” end-to-end business process flow.
  • Create links between Fiserv’s business functions and process management, aligning goals with operations.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors, quality, and delivery teams to improve Client Experience.
  • Design an operating model integrating business processes with technical solutions, then measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies and explore new strategies for improvement.
  • Map out Client solutions and journey maps, considering essential contextual parameters and VoC data.

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related fields and/or equivalent military experience.
  • 8+ years of experience working with business stakeholders and users in requirements gathering, creating acceptance criteria, and presenting solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in solution/system design and development.

What would be great to have:

  • Experience working with a Client Operations organization to create Client Experience and VoC programs.
  • Strong understanding of the latest Client Experience trends and alignment with desired outcomes.
  • Experience presenting business solutions to senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to communicate structural solutions effectively across various formats.
  • Team-oriented attitude, capable of working efficiently within different management levels and business units.
  • Familiarity with business process management principles and best practices.
  • Experience in tracking and evaluating the performance of implemented strategies.
