Then this job is for you! As a <strong>Warehouse Operator/Driver</strong>, you'll play a key role in ensuring our logistics processes run smoothly. From receiving goods to maneuvering trailers, you help keep everything moving efficiently. </p><p>What will you be doing? </p><p><strong>Receiving Goods:</strong></p><ul><li>Unloading shipments manually and using a boom conveyor.</li></ul><ul><li>Checking for damage and reporting discrepancies.</li></ul><p><strong>Sorting Goods:</strong></p><ul><li>Sorting boxes by customer, manually or using a sorting system. </li></ul><ul><li>Building pallets scanning them, and preparing for dispatch.</li></ul><ul><li>Transporting full pallets to the packing department and wrapping them.</li></ul><p><strong>Inventory Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Performing stock checks and reporting inconsistencies.</li></ul><ul><li>Repackaging damaged goods when needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Outgoing Goods:</strong></p><ul><li>Manually loading loose boxes or pallets into containers or trucks.</li></ul><p><strong>Internal Communication:</strong></p><ul><li>Working respectfully and efficiently with colleagues and supervisors.</li></ul><p><strong>Trailer handling:</strong></p><ul><li>Correctly positioning trailers for loading and unloading.</li></ul><ul> <li>Connecting and disconnecting trailers from shunting vehicles.</li> <li>Communicating with the logistics team about the trailer movements. </li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>A valid driver’s license for operating a shunter, license C(E).</li> <li>Knowledge of and respect for safety regulations.</li> <li>Hands-on mentality and proactive attitude.</li> <li>Willingness to learn and constructive mindset.</li> <li>Good communication skills in Dutch or English.</li> <li>Team player with strong interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Willing to work in two shifts: one week from 5h30 till 13h30 and one week from 14h till 22h. </li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Full-time contract</li> <li>Attractive salary package, including 13th month </li> <li>Meal vouchers and ecocheques</li> <li>Hospitalization insurance + group insurance</li> <li>Transport reimbursement according to CLA PC 226</li> <li>Vacation: 20 legal holidays + >10 days extra </li> <li>Free coffee, tea, water, soup</li> <li>You will be part of a dynamic team</li> <li>Benefits Plan (“MyChoice”)</li> </ul>
