Job Description

The Marketplace Operations Associate is responsible for supporting NBCU Checkout’s Marketplace Operations with the continued development and growth of our marketplace. This position will assist with onboarding new vendors and managing product setups for existing vendor accounts. The Marketplace Operations Associate will also assist in the execution of strategy, project expansion, enhancement, overall development, set-up and maintenance of our marketplace vendors and items to ensure all partners and products meet NBCU requirements and are set up within established SLAs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Marketplace Operations team by operating the new products and partners onboarding process workflow
• Ensuring new products meet the NBCU Checkout’s quality assurance and legal requirements
• Work with vendors and integration teams to set-up and approve new items in our Marketplace
• Assist management team with new marketplace initiatives
• Analyze data and statistics to manage vendor product flow

Qualifications

• Fluent in eCommerce catalogs/marketplaces and project management tools such as [Monday.com](http://monday.com/)
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Works independently as well as in a team environment
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial drive who is focused on execution, exceeding expectations, and building authentic relationships in order to consistently overachieve, no matter your task
• Demonstrate the ability to think strategically, innovatively and creatively using sound business judgment and quantitative skills
• Curiosity to learn new things

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years’ experience in a retail eCommerce environment
• Strong project management and creative thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

Salary Range: $75,000-85,000
