Position Overview
The Coca-Cola Company is on an accelerated path to transform the way it operates within the enterprise digitally. What was once email and an intranet has evolved into a proliferation of custom tools, services, technologies, and workflows that – individually – are often unmanaged and obsolete, and as a suite – hinder employee productivity and engagement. The Senior Director, of Digital Workplace is charged with revolutionizing the employee experience through digital, with accountability for envisioning, championing, implementing, and evolving a suite of digital capabilities and technologies that serve the needs of The Coca-Cola Worker worldwide efficiently and effectively while being respectful of Company’s financial investments.
The Sr. Director, Digital Workplace and Global Ventures is charged with leading individual teams responsible for:
Implementation and adoption of a new digital suite of technologies that enable enterprise collaboration, engagement & community, communications, knowledge sharing and discovery
Delivering all Technology communications and customer engagement efforts.
Work with application teams to ensure that we look at the overall user experience as we bring in new applications and technology to ensure that we are making things simpler for the clients.
Look at AI and other tools that will increase productivity and collaboration.
Establishing an experience design strategy and capability that optimizes key employee/worker journeys across functions and stakeholders, with an immediate focus on
Providing oversight for the Global Ventures work that we will take on across Costa and Innocent.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
Strategy
Serve as key thought leader in the enterprise digital workplace space.
Understand and provide a vision for the portfolio of services and digital capabilities The Coca-Cola Company must provide globally to its workers to ensure the most common use-cases are met with modern digital experiences
Communicate the vision and success through expert storytelling to business stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Champion the needs of the worker, contingent worker, and vendor across capabilities
Distribute and continuously optimize The Coca-Cola Company’s financial investment across these capabilities to best serve the company’s employee objectives, leveraging automation, simplification, and consolidation in order to find dollars for reinvestment in new work.
Partner with strategic business partners from Global Ventures, Human Resources, Platform Services, Finance, Global IT, etc to ensure core business objectives are met
Balance the voice of the industry, the clients, the users, and the capabilities in the development and implementation of service enhancements
Serve as champion for mature services and capabilities (Content Operations) and services in infancy (Digital Workplace)
Manage annual business planning, evolving the current capabilities to meet future needs while balancing financial and resource constraints.
Establish oversight and governance across key services that Technology Services will provide to the Global Venture entities.
Capability Leading and Operations
Develop, implement and monitor the services roadmaps and budgets
Identify and champion cross-capability opportunities for collaboration and process harmonization that make the lives of our clientele easier and the digital services faster and more effective
Build strategic rapport with key vendors to align objectives to The Coca-Cola Company’s Digital Workplace Services’ roadmap
Manage a cross functional team to deliver against priorities
Drive team towards achieving defined KPIS and objectives
People and Stakeholder Management
Partner with internal Global IT, Human Resources, Finance, Platform Services, Global Ventures etc to identify and prioritize high level unmet needs and opportunities relevant to the digital workplace space and the services within the remit of the team
Work closely with stakeholders to build a global adoption map, balancing regional concerns and needs with an overall focus on driving speed, customer satisfaction, and the digital transformation agenda
