Requirements:

• Active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration in California. 
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance. 
• Comfortable working with pets. 
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. 
• At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience with a licensed agency or care facility. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, personalized care to clients in their homes. 
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and meal preparation. 
• Support clients with mobility and exercise, ensuring their safety and comfort. 
• Offer medication reminders and monitor health conditions as directed. 
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided. 
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and conversation to enhance their quality of life. 
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the Tandem Care team.
