PAY:
2nd Shift - $20 per hour + 8% shift differential ($21.60 per hour including shift differential)

Fabrication is a Valued Department
Our Fabrication Team produces essential components for POLYWOOD® furniture. This includes:
- Stainless tubing for bench supports
- Steel straps and aluminum tubing for tables
- In-house screw production using CNC mills
- Custom welding of braces and frames
- Powder coating for a weatherproof, durable finish
- Occasional custom products and special fixture builds
What You’ll Do
As a Fabrication Associate, you’ll be involved in various processes from metal prep to coating. Responsibilities include:
- Set up and operate machinery to paint or coat aluminum and steel components
- Load 5’x10’ sheets onto cut tables and import cut files into software
- Operate Laser CNC, load/unload parts, and secure parts through the paint line
- Monitor gauges and equipment to identify issues and make real-time adjustments
- Measure and handle chemicals, coatings, and paints
- Maintain and operate pre-treatment equipment, spray booths, ovens, and powder guns
- Inspect parts for quality, communicate defects or concerns
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of relevant fabrication or manufacturing experience preferred
- Comfortable lifting 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active for 8–10+ hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn and operate multiple machines
- Team-oriented and proactive attitude
