The Senior Manager of US Commercial Enablement is a field-based marketing role at Medtronic. This position is part of the US Commercial Marketing organization. All activities are aligned with the field sales organization to ensure maximum effectiveness. The Senior Manager of Commercial Enablement will be responsible for the national execution of strategy and appropriate utilization resources.
Be the "expert" on marketing messaging & resources, T&E resources, HEPR resources, and other cross functional partner resources to educate the field and drive adoption of portfolio
Empower Clinical, Mapping, and Sales teams to differentiate Medtronic products via insight-based selling and objection handling proficiency
Have deep customer understanding including hospital market dynamics; uncover gaps in the sales process and ensure that the field teams are addressing all key stakeholders (clinical and non-clinical)
Enable field teams to implement effective regional business plans, incorporating tailored strategies for individual accounts.
Collaborate with key internal partners to refine resources and operating mechanisms within the entire commercial organization.
Work with sales ops to create digestible reports for sales leaders to objectively evaluate field performance
MUST HAVE: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred
Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in sales and marketing or advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
Communication Skills: excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Leadership Skills: proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Analytical Skills: strong ability to analyze complex data and market trends.
Travel: willingness to travel up to ~50% of the time
