We’d like you to join our journey as ONE Jellyfish.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>As part of the overall Paid Media Team, the Display Team are Programmatic specialists, responsible for driving performance for our Clients . As a Google Preferred Partner, our business has a strong relationship with Google and knowledge of the Google Tech Stack. The teams use the Doubleclick Suite to execute and manage Digital Advertising and execute Digital Journeys. However this does include opportunities to use other technology as we grow and we look to members of the Display Team to be excited by innovation and technology in our industry .</p><p>We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team with proven programmatic experience. The successful candidate should be commercially aware, solution driven and have a passion for our evolving industry.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Plan, execute &amp; manage Display Media Campaigns in the Programmatic Environment</li><li>Optimise campaigns towards Client and Jellyfish KPIs</li><li>Collaborate closely with Client Services &amp; Account Directors to deliver operational excellence for our Clients</li><li>Serve as a trusted consultant, consistently bringing solution oriented ideas to meet business challenges.</li><li>Time Management, support and continued education of junior members of the team as the team grows</li><li>Create analysis and insights for clients</li></ul><ul><li>Working with the Head of Display &amp; Display Director, evaluate prospective programmatic vendors, select partners and project manage their implementation with the relevant teams.</li><li>Be an SME within the team around existing and new in market, industry formats and changes.</li><li>Mentor and educate more junior staff as the business expands, lead by example.</li><li>Deputise for the Display Director when needed</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>Knowledge &amp; Experience Requirements</p><ul><li>Proven success working with SSP's/DSP's and other Programmatic platforms</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time and priorities</li><li>Excellent data, analytic and problem-solving skills</li><li>Possesses strong interpersonal skills, particularly influencing and listening skills.</li><li>Possesses strong customer telephone and face to face skills.</li><li>Experience using and managing 3rd Party Technology such as Data Viewability and Brand Safety Partners</li></ul><p>Skills requirements</p><ul><li>High degree of computer literacy</li><li>Ability to multitask against competing priorities, in a fast-paced, responsive, working environment</li><li>English proficiency mandatory, Spanish or Italian highly desirable</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Key attributes </strong></p><ul><li>Excellent attention to detail</li><li>Numerate and articulate</li><li>Maintains a diplomatic and professional approach to work in all circumstances</li><li>Accountable and responsive ; able to deliver outcomes effectively</li><li>Displays a consistent level of evident enthusiasm </li><li>Flexible, versatile and copes well under pressure</li><li>Has high personal standards and promotes them in others </li><li>A valued team member, who upholds Jellyfish's values and professional integrity at all times</li></ul><p><em>At Jellyfish, we value your trust through our hiring process.
