The ideal candidate will have experience in <strong>general liability, personal injury, transportation, and/or catastrophic injury</strong> <strong>defense</strong>. This role offers meaningful hands-on litigation experience, exposure to <strong>high-profile national clients</strong>, and the ability to take on <strong>substantial responsibility</strong> from day one.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Independently manage a diverse litigation caseload from inception through resolution</li> <li>Work closely with partners and colleagues in a <strong>collaborative</strong>, <strong>team-oriented environment</strong></li> <li>Handle all aspects of litigation, including <strong>trial preparation</strong>, <strong>investigation,</strong> <strong>court appearances, mediations, and depositions</strong></li> <li>Provide timely case updates and strategic guidance to clients through regular reporting and direct communication</li> </ul>
