Together, we support the Danish Country Function by driving employee engagement, onboarding excellence, and HR operational efficiency.<br/><br/><strong>About Your Future Role</strong><br/>In this position, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate and support <strong>onboarding events</strong> for new employees</li> <li>Create and maintain<strong> monthly HR reports and dashboards</strong></li> <li>Assist in <strong>preparing presentations</strong> for internal stakeholders</li> <li>Draft and publish<strong> internal HR communications</strong></li> <li>Help organize local <strong>HR initiatives and employee engagement activities</strong></li> <li>Support administrative tasks and data handling in <strong>HR systems</strong></li> <li><strong>Collaborate</strong> with colleagues across the Nordics and Europe</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Makes You a Great Fit</strong><br/>We’re looking for someone eager to make a difference.
