We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Technical Support Analyst position located in our office in Provo, Utah. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment, and excels working at an individual level. This person will act as the primary point of contact for our customers and will work with Aptive's product, engineering and marketing teams to share customer feedback to drive improvements. A Technical Support Analyst will be immersed in Aptive's s fast-paced environment and will be expected to proactively contribute suggestions to for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Helpdesk Experience

  • Windows and Mac desktop support experience

  • Workstation setup and configuration

  • Working knowledge with MS-Office suite of software applications, including: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience with Gmail Gsuite 

  • Train end-users on new processes/functionality as needed. Help with the training of new users

  • Office printer debugging

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-4 years helpdesk experience
     

Required Skills:

  • Basic understanding of Internet principles, terminology and functionality

  • 2 years technical support or IT experience interfacing with external clients.

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise troubleshooting WiFi and wired networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)

  • Experience preparing new reports from HRIS (Workday), and manipulating existing report variables
