In this role, you will help the business make data-driven decisions by exploring datasets with a strong focus on understanding customer behaviour. You will analyse customer data, identify trends, and develop clear, insightful dashboards to support business decisions.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting needs, monitor key customer-related metrics, and uncover opportunities to better serve our customers through data.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with <strong>at least 4 years of analytics experience </strong>who is looking to build on their foundational skills and contribute to impactful business projects while continuing to grow in a supportive environment.</p><p><strong>Your responsibilities</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Analyse large customer datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support strategic decision-making.</li> <li>Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports to monitor key performance and customer-related metrics.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with the CTO, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.</li> <li>Perform data cleaning, validation, and preparation to ensure high data integrity.</li> <li>Support ad-hoc data requests and generate reports for various business stakeholders.</li> <li>Communicate and present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders through dashboards and presentations.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Role specific requirements</strong></p><p>We’re looking for someone who:</p><ul> <li>Has a degree in a numerical, scientific, or programming field (or relevant experience).</li> <li>Has 4+ years of experience in a data analytics role.</li> <li>Is comfortable working with data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.</li> <li>Has a high proficiency in SQL for data extraction and querying.</li> <li>Has working experience with Python for data exploration and analysis.</li> <li>Has experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase (or similar).</li> <li>Is detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li> <li>Communicates effectively and can present data in a clear, understandable way to non-technical audiences.</li> <li>Is proactive, eager to take ownership of projects, and passionate about continuous learning.</li> <li>Has experience with spreadsheet analysis and data cleaning techniques.</li> <li>Has worked with customer data or in a customer-focused business environment.</li> </ul><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p><ul> <li>Grow your analytics skills while contributing to real-world business projects.</li> <li>Work with customer data to help the business better understand and serve its customers.</li> <li>Collaborate with a supportive team of data professionals and cross-functional stakeholders.</li> <li>Gain exposure to industry-standard tools and best practices in data analysis.</li> <li>Be part of a company that values curiosity, learning, and continuous improvement.</li> </ul><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul> </ul><p><strong>🌟Impact &amp; purpose</strong>.
