eCommerce Analytics Intern (icebreaker)
What will you do?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst Intern to join our eCommerce team. This role offers hands-on experience in analyzing digital performance, optimizing online customer experiences, and supporting data-driven decision-making. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to help improve site presentation, conversion rates, and overall business performance.

Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting eCommerce data to identify trends and opportunities.
Support the development of dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and revenue.
Collaborate with UX, marketing, and technology teams to document requirements for site enhancements.
Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to inform eCommerce strategies.
Participate in testing and quality assurance for new site features and functionality.
Help prepare presentations and insights for leadership and stakeholders.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the eCommerce workflow.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital analytics (Google Analytics experience preferred).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Location requirement and duration: This is a temporary position for up to 12 weeks, in-person, and is a 40 hour/week position requiring 3 days/week at our Denver office, 9am-5pm MT Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
