We are currently looking for a permanent postion of Manufacturing Logistic Senior Manager m/f located close to one of our manufacturing sites in Europe.
This role will help on Group Manufacturing level to design, implement and monitor the S&OP process linked to manufacturing activities from scheduling to internal warehouse management for factories.
You will act as the global process owner for scheduling by designing, implementing and monitoring the production scheduling roadmap in alignment with HPS 2.0 Program.
Duties & Responsibilities

Define and deploy standard process needed in manufacturing to support the end to end new S&OP especially the alignment on capacity evaluation, factory volume forecasts, flexibility management & the respect of the manufacturing contract .

Specify, evaluate and implement the IT tool in line with the global Supply chain control tower

Responsible to define and monitor the group Manufacturing S&OP KPIs like PPC or volume contract

Manage the overall components and subsets warehouse strategy in alignment with the GPO internal logistics.

Define and deploy standard process, tools and training aligned with potential other functions and with the support of a cross functional/cross site team.

Ensure continuous improvement of process and tools (included digital solution), collect and validate the local requests of process improvement.

Define standard master data of the process, and validate quality level per factory

Audit maturity per factory: check the gap with the global process & define next steps with local key users.

Animate Process community: participate to the recruitment and the evaluation of the manufacturing logistics manager; train the key users on the process and communicate all new S&OP process and requests.

Apply and enforce the rules regarding Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Energy usages of the area.
Qualifications & Requirements

Degree in engineering with 10+ years’ experience in scheduling, supply chain, logistics and productions functions

Experience working in a reactive, complex, international and transversal environment,

Knowledge on ISO 9001, 14000 & 18000 environment,

Lean management certification
-
Knowledge on SAP including SAP -IBP environment

Flexibility for business travel (50%)

English fluent, French would be a plus
