Concierge (Part-Time)

Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Concierge with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our Hoboken location

Available Schedule : Friday-Sunday 2pm-10pm

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr

The ideal candidate will have superior experience in the following areas:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Meet/Greet residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit.
• Should be a computer savvy.
• Must be professional, reliable, and have excellent customer service skills.
• Must properly communicate with lead concierge and Management.

Requirements

• Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
• Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
• Must be able to lift boxes up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to work and stand on your feet for several hours
• Must be proficient in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones, printers, copy machines, etc.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
• Must pass comprehensive background checks
• Support the organization vision, mission and core values of the company
