As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will provide analysis to the business function you support to help guide strategic decisions. You will partner with your team to create meaningful plans and forecasts that accurately reflect the state of the business and provide for a balanced financial benchmark. You will provide ad hoc decision-making support for strategic initiatives and special projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the valuation analysis for New Stores, and assessment of financial viability on a site-by-site basis
  • Connect with peers across Finance teams to accumulate key inputs, datasets and business context to fuel modeling and analysis
  • Influence strategic capital deployment decisions by collaboration with key business partners across the Properties organization
  • Contribute critical components to Enterprise financial routines (e.g. Capital Forum, Long Range Plan, Annual Goal, etc.)
  • Analyze and drive day-to-day decisions for New Stores by creating what-if scenarios, sensitivities, business cases, etc. 
  • Perform other ad hoc analysis and support as needed.

About You:

  • Four-year degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics
  • Four or more years Finance, Accounting, Audit or related Operations experience
  • Advanced Excel knowledge – comfortable transforming large data sets into insights
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, project management, planning and organization skills
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of management with high level of autonomy, motivation, and self-direction
  • Natural curiosity to ask questions and look within the data for outliers and connections to improve upon existing tools and processes
  • Detail oriented with the ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver outcomes 
  • Willingness to make financial recommendations with a progress over perfection mindset
