Position Summary

The Senior Director, Multi-Domain Test & Training provides executive leadership for Aerospace Systems Engineering's (ASE) portfolio supporting Test & Evaluation (T&E), Training Systems, Cyber Operations, Modeling & Simulation (M&S), Digital Engineering, and Advanced Test Technologies. This leader is responsible for portfolio growth, customer engagement, program execution, strategic planning, and capability development across Department of Defense and Federal customers.

The Senior Director will partner closely with executive leadership to drive business growth, expand customer relationships, develop capture strategies, and ensure successful execution of complex programs supporting national security objectives. This position serves as a key member of the ASE leadership team and plays a critical role in shaping the organization's long-term strategy and technical direction.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and execute growth strategies supporting ASE's Multi-Domain Test & Training portfolio.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across DoD, Federal Civilian, and National Security customers.
  • Lead strategic capture efforts and support proposal development from opportunity identification through contract award.
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with government customers, industry partners, and strategic stakeholders.
  • Provide executive oversight of complex programs and portfolios supporting test, training, cyber, and digital modernization missions.
  • Ensure successful program execution meeting customer, technical, financial, and operational objectives.
  • Lead portfolio reviews, risk assessments, and performance management activities.
  • Serve as a senior advisor on Multi-Domain Operations, Test & Evaluation, Cyber Training Environments, Modeling & Simulation, Digital Engineering, Electronic Warfare, and Emerging Defense Technologies.
  • Support technology investments and capability development aligned with customer priorities and market demand.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop program managers, technical leaders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and mission excellence.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 20 years of leadership experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal programs.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale programs, portfolios, or organizations supporting Test & Evaluation, Training, Cyber, Modeling & Simulation, Digital Engineering, or related mission areas.
  • Experience developing and executing growth strategies, capture efforts, and business development initiatives.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior government, military, and industry leaders.
  • Experience managing complex organizations, programs, or portfolios with significant financial and operational responsibility.
  • Active Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Program Management, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Former Senior Military Officer, Senior Government Executive, or equivalent executive industry leadership experience.
  • Experience supporting PEO STRI, TRMC, Army Futures Command, U.S. Cyber Command, OSD, or Joint Service organizations.
  • DAWIA Level III, PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent professional certification.
  • Experience managing portfolios exceeding $100M in annual value.
  • Experience supporting advanced training systems, cyber ranges, test technologies, modeling and simulation, or digital modernization initiatives.
