The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

• We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Talent Development to build and scale high-impact talent management and learning strategies that foster a culture of continuous learning, excellence and high performance. This leader will design and implement programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent while ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

The Opportunity:

• Learning & Development Strategy: Develop and execute a scalable L&D roadmap, including manager development, professional skills training, and career development programs.
• Talent Management: Establish frameworks for talent reviews, high-potential identification, and leadership succession planning.
• Performance Enablement: Partner with People Partners and business leaders to enhance performance management processes, ensuring a balance of feedback, coaching, and growth.
• Employee Growth & Career Development: Build career pathing frameworks, toolkits, resources and learning journeys that empower employees at all levels.
• Employee Listening and Insights: Drive our employee listening strategy by managing onboarding, offboarding, engagement, and pulse surveys. Translate insights into actionable recommendations to enhance the employee experience and guide action planning.
• Measurement & Impact: Leverage data and analytics to measure program effectiveness and inform continuous improvements.
• Technology & Innovation: Evaluate and implement learning technologies, AI tools, and platforms to scale development initiatives efficiently.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

• 10+ years of experience in L&D, Talent Management, or Organizational Development, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
• Proven track record of designing, delivering and scaling talent and manager development programs,
