WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE 

As Senior Manager Strategic Delivery, you will:

• Innovation: Lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies to drive sustainable growth and maintain a competitive edge. Drive innovation related to unique Sales methodologies, and add value through proactive leadership in technology between Clients and Concentrix.
• Business Growth: Foster business growth by collaborating with multiple teams across different geographies and business units.
• P&L Management: Oversee the business operations' profit and loss, including crafting and executing the overall business strategy.
• Strategic Planning: Develop strategies aligned with growth objectives, leading cross-functional planning to manage budgets, expansion, and operational plans.
• Client Satisfaction: Act as the 'Voice of the Customer', ensuring client satisfaction by establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Best Practices: Develop and implement best practices across services, collaborating across domains to understand and apply these practices effectively.
• Innovation and Value Add:
• Domain Capability: Enhance domain capabilities to strengthen service offerings.
