Immersed in our organization and culture, as well as, involved in a full range of activity at Richemont & our Maison’s. 

You will assist your dedicated team in executing the brand or functional strategy as well as participate in initiatives or projects to support the development or understanding of sales, culture, analytics, & service.   

 

Retail Operations and Performance Intern 

YOUR MISSION 

• As the Retail Operations & Performance Intern, you will be responsible for supporting strategic initiatives for our retail boutiques  

• Plan and Execute a project based on boutique productivity that includes a new selling strategy and operational excellence model 

• Develop and maintain documents and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for key projects and programs  

• Assist with client analytic research with the CRM team  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including, the Training Team to build assets to support business goals and initiatives 

• Build presentations to communicate analysis and findings to key stakeholders 

• Team and consumer insights tied to our retail network 

• Write boutique communications articles to promote technology adoption and usability 

• Assist with organizing and tracking multiple activities and projects 

• Contribute to the creation of instructional modules, documents, and videos 

 

YOUR PROFILE 

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program at the time of application 

• Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

• At your core, a team player who is excited to shine, as well as, empower and assist others to achieve success 

• Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives 

• Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our Summer Internship Program 

• Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visa’s for summer internships 

• Must be age 18 or older to participate

This is a paid internship.

Salary: $20 – 25/ hourly
