Senior Global Process & Control Improvement Specialist

P&amp;CI drives the design, implementation and monitoring of controls and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the company. P&amp;CI is a key business partner to Global Functions, Head Office, Regions, Heineken Global Shared Services and to Operating Companies Management enabling them to operate best-in-class processes and controls as well as supporting their decisions with our risk expertise and early warning. We seek for the efficient and cost-effective ways to build and operate controls environment around the identified risks.</p> <p> </p> <p>Global P&amp;CI Control Monitoring team has a global responsibility for control monitoring governance, alignment with relevant senior stakeholders, deployment, monitoring, results consolidation and understanding as well as reporting to Management (CFO/FLT/AC) within the following areas:</p> <ul> <li>Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR)</li> <li>Access right risks and mitigations</li> <li>Environmental Social &amp; Governance (ESG) controls</li> <li>Heineken Rules</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Your responsibilities would include:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>designing deploying and executing of Control Monitoring procedures including self-assessments and reviews</li> <li>segregating of Duties reporting, coordination, and alignment with Global Functions and Operating Companies</li> <li>consolidating and reporting of control evaluation results to Management</li> <li>advising on how to mitigate and remediate control failures/issues</li> <li>identifying opportunities for control improvements, alignment with Stakeholders on the control monitoring strategy and level of assurance per risk category</li> <li>cooperating closly with Process &amp; Control Management to ensure design deficiencies are resolved timely and in a consistent and sustainable way</li> <li>cooperating closly with Digital &amp; Information teams on the Control Monitoring tools management</li> <li>engaging with different types and levels of stakeholders across HEIENEKN Head Office, HEINEKEN Kraków, Global/Regional Functions and Operating Companies.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>You are a good candidate if you:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>have excellent written and verbal English</li> <li>have 5-10 years of work experience in an international company, preferably in audit, internal control, risk management or consultancy</li> <li>can work on a variety of topics to support work across the team</li> <li>can work independently with little supervision</li> <li>have analytical capabilities</li> <li>have excellent Excel skills</li> <li>have high concern for quality, accuracy, and data</li> <li>can work on a variety of topics to support work across the team.</li> </ul>
