Location(s): Denver Metro Area (Downtown Denver, DTC, Aurora, DIA)
Shift(s): Full-time
Pay: $22- $26/hr
Additional: Auto stipend for roles requiring a personal vehicle or company car provided; potential for performance-based bonuses.


Mobility Specialist Lead Position Summary
As a Mobility Specialist Lead, you will be overseeing the facilities and provide supervision to all Mobility Specialist staff for their assigned locations. This position will be responsible for responding to any needs that require supervision at each location. You will oversee and support on-site teams, company initiatives, net worth growth programs and any other assigned duties to help support and maximize customer service, performance and revenue throughout their assigned locations.

Essentials Duties & Functions:
• Ensure that all on site staff arrive on time, are fully prepared and follow company policies and daily procedures.
• Lead, train, develop and mentor all Mobility Specialists on day-to-day responsibilities and ensure that they are knowledgeable and able to navigate through our technology platform and applications.
• Responsible for assisting with location performance (financial). Recommend and implement changes that will benefit each location as necessary including updates to current rates as appropriate.
• Assist MS staff on-site to promote great customer service and have a willingness to help all clients and patrons.
• Responsible for ensuring all equipment is functioning properly, movable signs are properly deployed and free of graffiti, and the locations are presentable and reflect the Metropolis brand in the best light.
• Responsible for working with the Portfolio Manager on running reports related to revenue and expenses.
• Responsible for resolving any customer related issues, complaints, and questions.
• Responsible for assisting the onsite Mobility Specialist and Portfolio Manager with driving additional sales and market to maximize revenue.
• Additional related duties will be assigned according to operational needs.

Qualifications:
Education:
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred.
Experience:
• 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in customer service, retail, or operations (e.g., parking, hospitality, or facility management).
• Experience with parking operations or technology-driven customer service is a plus.
Skills:
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with mobile devices and basic technology troubleshooting.
• Cross-cultural sensitivity and a customer-focused mindset.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods (up to 6–8 hours) in various weather conditions.
• Lift/move up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Vision abilities: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
Other Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle for roles requiring personal vehicle use.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overnight.
• Parking Attendant License may be required (e.g., Detroit).
