Join our team as a Material Handling Associate and play a crucial role in supporting our production, quality, and shipping teams. Your contributions will ensure smooth operations and maintain the high standards of our products and services.

What You Will Do:

Package and Crate Finished Goods

• Prepare crates with finished goods according to customer specifications.

Receive Shipment Requirements

• Follow procedures for delivery including routing guidelines.

Adhere to Functional Group KPI

• Provide feedback for opportunities for continuous improvement.

Maintain Records

• Keep documents of all crating activities based on requirements.

Load/Unload Shipments

• Validate material against shipping documentation during inbound and outbound shipments.

Use Material Handling Equipment

• Includes the use of screw guns and other material handling equipment.

Operate Material Handling Equipment

•  Such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

General Housekeeping

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Perform Related Duties

• Carry out other tasks as required within the scope of this job function.

Qualifications We Require:

• HS diploma and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 6 years of relevant experience is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
• Ability to obtain forklift certification
• Computer skills to include data entry of received materials, entering shipping information, etc.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Knowledge of SAP and Excel (look ups, pivot tables).
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Previous shipping/receiving experience
• Experience performing Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States classification
